Group Meditation

Our focus is to develop our spiritual awareness and attunement through meditation and related techniques. This is not a therapy group, but offers a forum for gently sharing new awareness and insights. It is a forum for growth. People generally find that their meditations are enhanced with the group energies. When they sit with more advanced meditators, it deepens their focus and meditating becomes easier.
The format is:
A brief lecture. Topics include clearing energies, pranayama, techniques to develop intuition, forgiveness, etc.)
Room clearing, cord cutting
A guided meditation
